Entry Coaching

Picture15 - CopyToo many people are left to sink or swim in the critical period after recruitment, promotion or transfer – often called the ‘first 100 days’ – with potentially dire consequences. So we offer Entry Coaching, our unique methodology that gets people delivering results quickly and productively. Together and with reference to the hiring manager, the new employee and their dedicated Entry Coach identify the challenges the new role brings and set outcomes in key areas, such as:

– You and your role – what results must you deliver?
– You and your relationships – who must you work with and how will you build relationships with your key stakeholders?
– You and the culture – fitting in without falling out

The coach and client have regular sessions, by telephone or face to face, during the first 100 days. These sessions are focused on achieving the agreed outcomes, providing a valuable mentor and sounding board for the new employee, thus reducing the isolation that can adversely impact anyone coming into a new environment.
